Full Coupon Redemption Terms

2. Nature and Value of the Coupon. This is a digital (electronic) gift coupon entitling the holder to purchase goods at the annalace.shop online store.
3. Validity Period. The coupon is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase (date of coupon issuance / successful payment). After the expiration date, the coupon becomes invalid and the remaining balance is non-refundable.
4. Redemption. Enter the coupon code at checkout. If the order total is less than the coupon value, the remaining balance stays in the coupon account and can be used until the coupon expires. If the order total exceeds the coupon value, the remaining amount must be paid using your chosen payment method.
5. Refunds. Once a coupon has been purchased, the funds are non-refundable. The seller is not obligated to refund the amount for an unused or expired coupon. An exception applies only in cases required by mandatory provisions of law (e.g., statutory provisions that grant consumers additional rights in certain circumstances).
6. Transfer and Use by Third Parties. The coupon may be transferred to third parties and can be used by anyone who has the coupon code, unless otherwise specified.
7. Loss / Security. The seller is not responsible for refunding or replacing a coupon if the code has been lost, stolen, or used by an unauthorised person. We recommend safeguarding the coupon code as you would cash.
8. Restrictions. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. The coupon cannot be combined with other special offers or discounts, unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
9. Taxes and VAT. Taxation (VAT) of the coupon may apply in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Information about VAT or an invoice will be provided as part of the standard purchase procedure.
