Cancel or return an order

If you are an EU customer, you can withdraw from an online order before it ships, or request a return within 14 calendar days after the final item in the order is delivered. To submit a cancellation or return request, use Cancel or return order and sign in with the email address used for the order.

You will receive confirmation by email after submitting the request. You can also contact us at info@annalace.shop with your order number.

Return conditions

Returned goods must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for withdrawal or return unless defective, where permitted by law.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item, within the timeframe required by applicable law.
