Refund Policy

Returns

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Important: Custom-made products (made-to-order items) cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours at info.annalace@gmail.com with photos.
